Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to operate a 10-key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
- Pleasant voice and clear speech
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate parties
- Assist with general administrative support functions

- Maintain an organized and professional reception area
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Support team collaboration and positive workplace culture
