Job Duties
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor
- Coordinate work within the department and with other departments
- Respond to inquiries or requests for information
- Interact in a courteous, tactful, friendly and cooperative manner while handling issues, complaints, inquiries and questions
- Read and manage correspondence and memos directed to administration by writing, telephoning responses, or redirecting matters
- Prepare confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings
- Prepare preliminary work on various projects
- Prepare, receive and direct inter-office and U.S mail
- Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems
- Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary
- Review and maintain time and attendance records prior to payroll submission
- Enter missed punches for staff and agency employees and reconcile hours daily
- Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences
- Provide innovative healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts to improve systems and processes
