Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in receptionist or guest service role preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday mornings and occasional Saturdays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, cash handling, or guest service roles is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • Passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, take messages and provide information
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area, offer guests refreshments and ensure comfort
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
