Job Duties

  • Answer telephone calls in a timely and pleasant manner
  • assist with mail distribution
  • assist with general office duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager and/or facility Administrator
  • responsible for accounts payable including collecting, processing, and submitting invoices for payment in a timely manner
  • assist with updating employee phone list as needed
  • assist with mailing out monthly resident statements for room and board
  • actively assist and participate in the enhancement of the lives of residents through patient care and census building programs
  • actively assist and participate in the development and retention of staff through recruitment, training, and nurturing
  • assist in verification of EPLS and OIG for vendors
  • perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager
