  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Customer service orientation

  • Additional certification in office management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Relay check-in procedures and kindly respond to inquiries
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Assist with administrative tasks across multiple departments including accounting data entry, customer order entry, file scanning and special projects
