Job Requirements
- Familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- able to type accurately and efficiently
- strong customer service proficiency
- high-level verbal and written communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to work a schedule of 14 hours per two weeks including day shifts and every other weekend rotation
- dependable and punctual
- ability to respond to emergencies according to building policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ability to type accurately and efficiently
- strong customer service skills
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- basic math skills
- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Job Duties
- Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community
- supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
- performs clerical duties for various departments such as mailings, petty cash account management, mail distribution, and resident fund transactions
- responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures
- maintains accurate records and logs of visitor activity
- answers phone calls and directs inquiries to appropriate personnel
- supports other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth front desk operations
