Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in reception or customer service role preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • ability to operate computer systems and office software

Job Duties

  • Enters data into computer system and runs necessary reports for management
  • greets guests promptly and determines nature of their visit
  • answers all incoming phone calls, directs caller to appropriate department or individual and/or takes a thorough message
  • directs guests to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a guest is waiting, and makes a proper/professional introduction
  • communicates with callers and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • assists with preparation of envelopes and inserting contents for mailing
  • maintains updated Employee List
  • receives all incoming express mail packages and distributes to the appropriate party
  • adhere to work schedule and arrive to work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled start time
  • adhere to established dress code policy at all times
  • complies with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required
  • safeguard customer and Dealer information per established policies
  • exemplifies organizational culture and holds others in department accountable for doing the same
  • accomplishes all current and future tasks as appropriately assigned or requested
  • other related duties as may be assigned
