Job Requirements

  • local, state and national background screen required
  • experience managing the main entrance to a workplace while simultaneously working in a busy office space and answering phones
  • stellar computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Google Drive
  • strong interpersonal skills (in-person, on the phone, and written)
  • sales and marketing skills
  • very well-organized and detail-oriented
  • ability to monitor front door to maintain secure entry and exit of students and visitors
  • willingness to learn new skills, platforms, and programs
  • flexible and adaptable, with an open-minded approach
  • ability to work under pressure, in a high energy environment with a positive, can-do attitude
  • self-motivated with the knack for anticipating needs

Job Duties

  • maintaining a friendly, smooth-running, secure reception space
  • spearheading clear and accessible verbal and written communication (in-person, over the phone, and online) with parents participating in all our programs
  • tracking and maintaining confidential records in a timely, organized manner
  • overseeing general inquiries by monitoring email accounts and answering the phone
  • receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • maintain parent contact information in the database
