Job Requirements
- local, state and national background screen required
- experience managing the main entrance to a workplace while simultaneously working in a busy office space and answering phones
- stellar computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- strong interpersonal skills (in-person, on the phone, and written)
- sales and marketing skills
- very well-organized and detail-oriented
- ability to monitor front door to maintain secure entry and exit of students and visitors
- willingness to learn new skills, platforms, and programs
- flexible and adaptable, with an open-minded approach
- ability to work under pressure, in a high energy environment with a positive, can-do attitude
- self-motivated with the knack for anticipating needs

Job Duties
- maintaining a friendly, smooth-running, secure reception space
- spearheading clear and accessible verbal and written communication (in-person, over the phone, and online) with parents participating in all our programs
- tracking and maintaining confidential records in a timely, organized manner
- overseeing general inquiries by monitoring email accounts and answering the phone
- receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- maintain parent contact information in the database
