Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or reception experience
- Credit union or financial industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform wrist/hand manipulation tasks
- Vision required for close monitoring of computer screens and documents
- Clear speech and hearing for effective communication
- Demonstrated positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clerical duties and follow precise instructions
- Familiarity with Windows operating environment and office equipment
- Commitment to annual regulatory compliance training and adherence to policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service or reception experience
- Previous credit union or financial experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage in relationship building with a positive service-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Familiarity with ATM/ITM operations and e-services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow regulatory compliance requirements and complete related training
- Proficient in using a personal computer and various office equipment including scanner, calculator, copy machine, and debit card imprinter
Job Duties
- Greet members and visitors as the official lobby greeter
- Update and monitor lobby tracker to manage wait times and route members to the appropriate personnel or department
- Serve as ATM/ITM concierge assisting members with machine usage and inquiries
- Maintain neatness and appropriate signage in the main lobby area
- Assist members with account service requests including check orders, address changes, loan coupon requests, stop payments, and statement copies
- Handle issuance and renewal of debit cards and member ID cards, maintain debit card inventory and ensure proper loading and balancing under dual control
- Provide backup clerical support including ordering supplies, mail distribution, document preparation, and data forwarding as requested
- Monitor and assist members with debit card disputes and educate on smart card features and benefits
- Demonstrate understanding and compliance with regulations including BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and MDD
- Complete annual compliance training and perform other duties as assigned
