Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- up to 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- basic computer skills
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow safety and company policies
- physical ability to sit for extended periods and use hands for tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or administrative experience in a high volume environment preferred
- strong organizational skills
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
Job Duties
- Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- takes accurate messages
- directs calls to the appropriate department or person
- greets customers as they enter the dealership showroom
- directs customers to the appropriate department or person
- maintains customer satisfaction index (CSI) at or above company standards
- maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- participates in required training
- records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- follows safeguards rules and regulations
- demonstrates the company’s core values
- complies with company policies and procedures
- observes all federal, state, local and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
- performs other duties as assigned
