Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all visitors including associates, vendors, delivery personnel, prospective associates, and guests
  • assist in ensuring all building access and health screening policies are followed
  • help maintain workplace security by issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor management systems
  • perform routine administrative activities such as answering telephones, taking messages, photocopying, operating office equipment, and maintaining office supplies
  • gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into reports, presentations, or office systems
  • maintain related equipment and prepare purchase orders for supplies
  • monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure office activities stay within budgets
  • communicate with external equipment suppliers to arrange service and repair
  • coordinate mail and delivery services including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
  • assist in coordinating the hiring process and first-day experience for new associates
  • assist in coordinating hospitality and associate recognition events
  • respond to or redirect routine inquiries about the organization promptly and accurately
  • maintain a safe, clean, and professional lobby and reception area
  • participate in relevant associate meetings and communicate concerns to management
