Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
valid driver's license and MVR in good standing
excellent written and verbal communication skills

ability to work any shift if needed
ability to successfully complete a general abilities assessment
ability to pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screen
physical ability to handle lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
corrected vision and hearing within normal range
ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours

Job Duties

Answer incoming calls
conduct "Voice of the Customer" surveys
greet internal and external customers
review and stamp outgoing mail
stuff and mail monthly invoices
order supplies for postage machine
process FedEx overnight packages
collect payments
filing
set an example of professionalism and positivity
maintain an orderly and safe working environment
perform additional duties as assigned
