Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior customer service experience
strong communication skills
ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently
outgoing and organized personality

Job Qualifications

Professional and friendly phone etiquette
passion for improving health through exercise and stretching
proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems

Job Duties

Schedule appointments over the telephone
make approximately 75 outbound calls to prospects and members
accommodate members to make them feel relaxed and welcome
administer studio tours for new guests
assist with intake form completion
greet and welcome members
schedule members' next appointments
