Job Duties
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate billing and invoicing for services
- Assist customers with administrative support such as printing and meeting room setup
- Coordinate and support community events and networking activities
- Monitor and maintain center environment and equipment
- Collaborate with the community manager and other teams to resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer service to foster strong professional relationships
