Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office position, preferably in a law firm or professional office setting
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors and announce them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Maintain office security by logging in visitors and issuing visitor badges
  • Manage conference room schedule, including coordinating video conferencing and hospitality needs
  • Manage parking validations, including accurate logs for billing purposes
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area
