Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
- demonstrates effective time management skills
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- previous experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in senior living or hospitality setting
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with friendly and professional demeanor
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist residents with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
- Coordinate with local service providers for resident services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming
- Maintain and update resident and visitor logs with accurate and up-to-date records
