Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
  • demonstrates effective time management skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • previous experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in senior living or hospitality setting
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills with friendly and professional demeanor
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Assist residents with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
  • Coordinate with local service providers for resident services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming
  • Maintain and update resident and visitor logs with accurate and up-to-date records
