Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Support facility personnel with administrative tasks

  • Provide support for recruiting efforts and new employee onboarding
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for daily responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence effectively
