Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year experience in a high demand and fast-paced environment preferred
One year experience with HIPAA preferred
Ability to obtain VA security clearance

Job Duties

Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners
Accurately enter data into software programs
Review files and records to respond to requests
Compute, record, and proofread data and reports
Maintain patient confidentiality
Perform phone operator functions including answering multiple call lines and transferring calls
Adhere to fire, safety, and security protocols
Serve hospital community by complying with professional and regulatory standards
Perform other assigned responsibilities
