- Minimum one year experience in a customer service setting
- Minimum one year experience working with MS Office Suite and Outlook

Job Duties
- Greet guests entering the organization and notify the host upon guest arrival
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ensure project knowledge across the Reception team
- Manage luggage check-in, storage, and tagging system
- Receive and route delivery items
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Offer support and coverage for team and/or special events, including badging
