Job Duties
- Greet and check in/check out clients with the appointment booking and processing system, Booker
- Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of Sugared + Bronzed airbrush tanning and sugaring services, memberships, and product line
- Perform side tasks including maintaining the cleanliness of the front of the house like the lobby and restocking products
- Manage back of the house maintenance such as laundry and disposables and creating a clean work environment
- Answer client questions about the tanning/sugaring process, product formulas, services offered, and before/aftercare
- Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
