Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Preferred knowledge of AS400

Job Duties

  • Greet consumers and employees in person
  • Find the proper person or other resource for the consumer
  • Use the telephone skillfully
  • Take messages correctly and route them to the proper person
  • Keep the reception area presentable
  • Receive and route documents, forms and papers
  • Perform entry-level general office duties including answering phones, copying, faxing, mailings, and data entry
  • File invoices and other paperwork
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Assists with weekly turn-in
  • Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers, as requested
