Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or reception
  • Ability to hear phone tones and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend, pull, and file documents occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or reception
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must have the ability to deal efficiently with residents and the public
  • Ability to maintain composure, communicate clearly, and keep work areas organized
  • Ability to relate to and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer phones throughout the day, forward all phone correspondence to the proper department or employee
  • Greet visitors, vendors, residents and direct them to the proper place or person
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail to ensure correspondence is delivered or sent in a timely manner
  • Conduct complete inventory of office supplies needed by office staff at least once a month
  • Order any office supplies needed
  • Provide immediate action on any urgent or emergency call by contacting the appropriate department or person
  • Monitor and maintain access system, parking protocol, and resident storage
  • File documents as requested and ensure delivery of resident notices
  • Monitor all cleaning needed in the office and communicate needs to the cleaning personnel
  • Assist with work order documentation
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and co-workers to complete assignments
  • May be required to assist Property Manager with special projects as needed
