Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM onsite in Syracuse, NY
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- An associate degree in business or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of office experience including bookkeeping
- Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service
- Experience with telephone handling and visitor management
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office programs
- General knowledge of payroll processes
- Understanding of business English and math
Job Duties
- Control access to the facility and ensure authorized entry
- Screen and grant access to secured locations
- Check credentials and sign in visitors
- Notify employees of guest arrivals
- Address visitor needs and maintain conference rooms
- Maintain stock levels and submit orders
- Receive and process mail
- Run errands for supplies
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry and filing
- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Excel
- Promote workplace safety and compliance
