Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM onsite in Syracuse, NY
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • An associate degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of office experience including bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service
  • Experience with telephone handling and visitor management
  • Strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office programs
  • General knowledge of payroll processes
  • Understanding of business English and math

Job Duties

  • Control access to the facility and ensure authorized entry
  • Screen and grant access to secured locations
  • Check credentials and sign in visitors
  • Notify employees of guest arrivals
  • Address visitor needs and maintain conference rooms
  • Maintain stock levels and submit orders
  • Receive and process mail
  • Run errands for supplies
  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry and filing
  • Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Promote workplace safety and compliance
