Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • One year of experience in a receptionist or similar role
  • Ability to sit and type for extended periods
  • Ability to walk, bend, reach, stand, and stoop occasionally
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to use computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate a switchboard
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls utilizing a switchboard
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area
  • Greet vendors, customers, and visitors to ensure they access the correct business unit or office
  • Provide support on small projects as needed
  • Maintain and update branch directories
  • Maintain calendar for board conference room
  • Prepare meeting rooms for setup as needed
  • Maintain and update general office listings
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
