Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
one year of experience
ability to sit and type/keyboard for considerable periods
occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
occasional lifting/pushing/carrying/pulling up to 20lbs

Job Duties

Answer and direct incoming calls, utilizing a switchboard
maintain safe and clean reception area
greet vendors, customers, and visitors to assist in making sure they get to the correct business unit or office
provide support on small projects, as needed
maintain and update branch directories
maintain calendar for board conference room
prepare meeting rooms for setup, as needed
maintain and update general office listings
perform other job-related duties as assigned
