Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year office experience required
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • ability to communicate efficiently using proper speech and grammar
  • ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • must be self motivated
  • must possess the ability to meet deadlines and function efficiently despite frequent distractions and interruptions
  • must be able to remain calm in emergency situations
  • capacity to cooperate and be courteous despite simultaneous demands
  • must be able to handle multiple tasks
  • ability to follow specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
  • must have initiative and ability to react in a positive and spontaneous manner
  • must be able to evaluate and respond to needs of residents, staff, visitors, and vendors
  • must be able to work independently without close supervision
  • must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have approved exemption

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year office experience

Job Duties

  • Manage a busy telephone and two-way radio system
  • dispatch to drivers
  • receive and dispense oral and written information in a courteous and professional manner
  • use a computer and/or typewriter to produce business correspondence accurately and efficiently
  • maintain confidentiality of all information learned in the performance of duties
  • sort and distribute departmental mail
  • label resident clothing upon move-in
  • receive Guest Apartment guests when they check in and out and have them complete appropriate forms
  • distribute Guest Apartment keys
  • report suspected violations of the Code of Conduct to appropriate persons or authorities
