Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year office experience required
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- ability to communicate efficiently using proper speech and grammar
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- must be self motivated
- must possess the ability to meet deadlines and function efficiently despite frequent distractions and interruptions
- must be able to remain calm in emergency situations
- capacity to cooperate and be courteous despite simultaneous demands
- must be able to handle multiple tasks
- ability to follow specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
- must have initiative and ability to react in a positive and spontaneous manner
- must be able to evaluate and respond to needs of residents, staff, visitors, and vendors
- must be able to work independently without close supervision
- must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have approved exemption
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year office experience

- pleasant, well modulated tone
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- experience working with a computer preferred

Job Duties
- Manage a busy telephone and two-way radio system
- dispatch to drivers
- receive and dispense oral and written information in a courteous and professional manner
- use a computer and/or typewriter to produce business correspondence accurately and efficiently
- maintain confidentiality of all information learned in the performance of duties
- sort and distribute departmental mail
- label resident clothing upon move-in
- receive Guest Apartment guests when they check in and out and have them complete appropriate forms
- distribute Guest Apartment keys
- report suspected violations of the Code of Conduct to appropriate persons or authorities
