Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-service oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate switchboard and multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency with clerical tasks and basic computer applications
  • Experience working in a healthcare or behavioral health environment preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet and receive facility guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Operate the facility switchboard efficiently and courteously
  • Direct visitors and incoming calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Complete various clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide general information to visitors and answer questions as required
  • Support multi-disciplinary team communication and coordination
