Job Requirements
- an associate degree in business or a related field from a regionally accredited institution is preferred but not required
- at least 2-5 years of experience in an office environment including bookkeeping duties and general computer functions
- proficiency in microsoft excel word and office programs
- strong clerical and administrative skills including bookkeeping
- experience with answering phones handling inbound and outbound calls and greeting visitors
- understanding of business english and math

Job Duties
- control access to the facility and ensure that only properly cleared visitors are authorized entry including oversight of secured locations such as the front vehicle gate pedestrian gate and lobby entrances
- screen and grant access to each secured location ensuring visitors guests vendors and contractors are met courteously and respectfully
- check credentials of visiting bureaucratic agencies and ensure all visitors are signed in and given guest passes
- notify employees of guest arrivals and direct visitors appropriately
- address visitor needs including stocking conference rooms and kitchens with supplies coordinating lunch orders and cleaning up after events
- maintain stock levels of office and kitchen supplies monitor inventories and submit orders as needed
- receive review and distribute incoming mail calculate and post postage for outgoing mail and maintain mailing supplies
- run errands for supplies and other miscellaneous needs
- handle miscellaneous office duties and projects including scanning data entry typing filing and other clerical tasks
- handle miscellaneous documents as necessary
- utilize computer skills particularly microsoft excel
- promote a safe and harmonious work environment and maintain compliance with sops gmps and company policies
