Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Background in high-volume manufacturing preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize and pay attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service, receptionist or similar role
- Background in a high-volume manufacturing facility preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on approach to execution

Job Duties
- Answer the phones in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner
- Greet vendors, customers, applicants, etc. and direct them to the appropriate company personnel
- Keep track of the whereabouts of key personnel and process their calls and messages
- Open and distribute company mail and assist Executive Assistant and accounting area with filing
- Provide back-up support for Executive Assistant
- May have certain accounting / bookkeeping functions
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned by management
