Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • Background in high-volume manufacturing preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to organize and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service, receptionist or similar role
  • Background in a high-volume manufacturing facility preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on approach to execution

Job Duties

  • Answer the phones in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner
  • Greet vendors, customers, applicants, etc. and direct them to the appropriate company personnel
  • Keep track of the whereabouts of key personnel and process their calls and messages
  • Open and distribute company mail and assist Executive Assistant and accounting area with filing
  • Provide back-up support for Executive Assistant
  • May have certain accounting / bookkeeping functions
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
