Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- ability to provide compassionate and respectful service to seniors
- reliable and punctual
- effective organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Greets and engages with all Community visitors ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience
- manages incoming calls providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy
- performs various administrative tasks such as sorting mail maintaining sign-in documentation and other tasks as assigned
