Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of retail, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- valid driver’s license
- ability to create and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
- physical ability to meet job demands including standing, sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to operate equipment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and internet functions
- good organizational and time management skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- basic business administration and accounting knowledge helpful
- one year of retail, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing guests and/or customers appropriately whether in person or telephone
- operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and assist customers
- answer and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information
- occasionally obtain appropriate credit and/or payment for retail purchases
- perform clerical and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
- maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
