Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year minimum receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant experience
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and Driver's License within 90 days of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year minimum receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant experience preferably working with the public or office management

Job Duties
- Responsible for opening and closing the main office building lobby and keeping lobby area clean
- Provide timely, proactive, and professional customer service to all internal and external Sunrise customers
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- answering questions and referring inquiries to the appropriate person
- Monitor, process, and direct voicemails left on the main phone line
- Support the QA work group with administrative tasks and prioritize the connection of calls and messages from external partners
- Model a positive, proactive and priority-focused communication style which encourages collaboration
- Maintain employee and department directories
- Route calls to supported living work groups and other divisions and departments
- Manage copy room duties including completing projects, keeping the room neat and organized, monitoring stock levels, and requesting maintenance and service
- Oversee garage storage area by keeping it neat and organized, monitoring stock levels, and reporting broken or damaged products
- Perform office bathroom duties including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Maintain break room including making coffee and cleaning the refrigerator and freezer weekly
- Report any issues with vehicles and 811 building and property to the supported living director
- Set up, coordinate and conduct group activities for community living participants including fitness, social skills, arts/crafts, games, etc.
- Research and design one-time and recurring events by identifying necessary supplies and scheduling rooms
- Create and distribute flyers and other advertising for events
- Perform minimal driving to pick up items
- Ensure events promote health and safety, power and choice, positive recognition, community integration, relationship development, and self-reliance
