Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or higher
  • minimum one year of training or experience in customer service front office work
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • strong analytical experience and skills
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • familiarity with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • screen and manage phone calls - internal and external
  • represent the company and department in a professional manner at all times

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
  • answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within the message system along with setting up conference calls as requested
  • manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
  • accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure timely delivery while managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in
  • act as employee event coordinator for the site including helping with lunches, volunteer events, and other activities
  • coordinate meetings with external or internal groups and PHX4 employees and leaders
  • maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
  • handle filing and data entry as requested
  • assist teammates as needed by wearing multiple hats depending on company needs
  • place weekly snack orders and resupply/check on a daily basis and periodically inventory kitchen and office supplies
  • maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
