  • answer multiple phone lines professionally
  • provide support and assistance to residents when they have questions
  • maintain a professional image in appearance and behavior
  • handle scheduling and correspondence using Microsoft Office programs
  • manage receptionist desk tasks efficiently
  • assist with miscellaneous administrative support duties as needed
