Job Requirements

Open availability including weekday mornings and afternoons
must be able to work weekend afternoons and some holidays
experience in customer service
proficiency in Microsoft Office
ability to multitask
experience with closing shifts and bank deposit preparation
positive demeanor and strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service
proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

experience with closing procedures and bank deposit preparation

flexibility with scheduling and availability

Job Duties

Provides excellent customer service to visitors and callers
manages closing shifts efficiently
prepares bank deposits accurately
handles computer-based administrative tasks including Microsoft Office applications
multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
maintains a positive attitude while interacting with staff and customers
adheres to scheduling requirements including weekend and holiday shifts
