Job Requirements

  • Must have open availability including weekday morning and afternoon shifts, weekend afternoons, and some holidays
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with closing shifts and bank deposit preparation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Prior experience handling closing shifts and bank deposits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with a positive attitude in dynamic environments
  • Experience working in fast-paced settings

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients
  • Manage closing shifts effectively including securing the facility
  • Prepare bank deposits accurately according to organizational standards
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for record keeping and communication
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Multitask efficiently to handle varying responsibilities throughout the shift
