Job Requirements
- Must have open availability including weekday morning and afternoon shifts, weekend afternoons, and some holidays
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with closing shifts and bank deposit preparation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Prior experience handling closing shifts and bank deposits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a positive attitude in dynamic environments
- Experience working in fast-paced settings
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients
- Manage closing shifts effectively including securing the facility
- Prepare bank deposits accurately according to organizational standards
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for record keeping and communication
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Multitask efficiently to handle varying responsibilities throughout the shift
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
