- Experience in customer service or veterinary setting
- Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and answer telephones
- Guide clients and their pets to exam rooms
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Place outbound follow-up and prospective client calls
- Present and explain fees and process payments
- Recommend, select, and obtain products and services including prescriptions
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain hospital cleanliness and remove animal waste
