  • Experience with Applied Epic is a plus

Job Duties

  • Professionally manage the front desk, including greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately
  • Notify employees when visitors arrive
  • Maintain front desk and common office areas in a neat and organized manner
  • Answer general inquiries via telephone, email, and walk-in visits providing relevant information
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to appropriate parties
  • Receive daily incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes
  • Maintain office supplies and assist employees with supply needs
  • Re-order supplies to replenish inventory
  • Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, scheduling, maintaining inventories and databases, recordkeeping, and preparing reports or communications
  • Assist with office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions, and other activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
