Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including online check-in and Wait Time Monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- provide general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- inform customers about available services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- dedicate to providing great customer service
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- resolve customer issues effectively
