Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including online check-in and Wait Time Monitor
  • process transactions and issue receipts
  • provide general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
  • manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • inform customers about available services
  • update customer records with contact information
  • assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
  • dedicate to providing great customer service
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • resolve customer issues effectively
