Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and transactions
  • Knowledge of DMV procedures and regulations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the dealership
  • Assist customers with DMV related inquiries and paperwork
  • Process transactions and accurately receipt money received from sales, services, or other dealership activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
