Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and transactions
- Knowledge of DMV procedures and regulations is a plus

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the dealership
- Assist customers with DMV related inquiries and paperwork
- Process transactions and accurately receipt money received from sales, services, or other dealership activities
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
