- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- knowledge of Google Drive

- ability to remember faces and names of parents and students
- ability to resolve unexpected problems with special attention to the welfare of the students

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate faculty or staff
- greets and directs school visitors
- receives, sorts and distributes mail daily
- responds to inquiries from students, parents, faculty, and staff
- performs a variety of clerical duties
- prepares and distributes attendance reports
- enters tardy children in the attendance program
- maintains knowledge of all calendar of events
- sells lunch tickets
- welcomes and directs SOA artists and vendors to parent volunteer contacts
- makes overhead announcements as needed
- performs other duties as assigned
