Pigtails & Crewcuts is a premier high-end, high-volume children's salon that specializes in providing exceptional haircutting services primarily for kids, but also caters to moms and dads. With nearly 50 salons nationwide, Pigtails & Crewcuts has established itself as a leader in creating fun, memorable, and comfortable haircutting experiences specifically designed for children. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and support team members
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Patience and professionalism in dealing with young customers
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work Saturdays

- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins efficiently
- Multitask to assist various team members throughout the day
- Provide outstanding customer service to children and parents
- Support the salon team in maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and care
- Work collaboratively to uphold the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience
