Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year reception or administrative experience in a fast paced role
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask
  • ability to work independently with little supervision
  • typing skills of 30 to 35 words per minute

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors
  • answer a multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • provide direction to visitors to the building
  • perform miscellaneous clerical duties with various departments as needed
  • maintain professional and polite demeanor
  • communicate effectively and professionally with staff, visitors, vendors, family members, residents, and tenants
  • multitask efficiently with fast recall and memorization
