Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Colorado Medical Enforcement Division badge
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Responsible Vendor Training certificate
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more multiple times per day
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work varying schedules based on business needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic

Job Duties

Greeting customers in a friendly manner
Compliantly checking IDs in accordance with Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division laws and regulations
Scanning customers into the POS system
Organizing customer queues to ensure efficient and safe entry
Signing in visitors to the guest log and providing visitor badges
Answering phone calls professionally and directing them to appropriate team members
Communicating product assortment to consumers
Upholding Schwazze standard operating procedures
Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and front of store area
Promoting and signing up customers for the company loyalty program
Additional duties as needed to support overall operations
