Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Colorado Medical Enforcement Division badge
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Responsible Vendor Training certificate
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more multiple times per day
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work varying schedules based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greeting customers in a friendly manner
  • Compliantly checking IDs in accordance with Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division laws and regulations
  • Scanning customers into the POS system
  • Organizing customer queues to ensure efficient and safe entry
  • Signing in visitors to the guest log and providing visitor badges
  • Answering phone calls professionally and directing them to appropriate team members
  • Communicating product assortment to consumers
  • Upholding Schwazze standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and front of store area
  • Promoting and signing up customers for the company loyalty program
  • Additional duties as needed to support overall operations
