Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
- fine motor coordination and depth perception
- ability to hear equipment sounds from a distance
- ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient-facing role

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- assist donors with appointments
- create or pull donor record files
- provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- initiate changes to center processes through company-approved procedures
