Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
  • fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • ability to hear equipment sounds from a distance
  • ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient-facing role

  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting up to 32 lbs
  • ability to follow safety protocols regarding glove use
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • assist donors with appointments
  • create or pull donor record files
  • provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • initiate changes to center processes through company-approved procedures
