Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies and report shortages
  • Assist management team as needed
  • Sort, distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Perform all administration positions as necessary
  • Responsible for file retention and storage
