Job Requirements
- One year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good phone technique
- Knowledge of basic office equipment including multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, and photocopiers
- Organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in customer service
- CPR and First Aid certified

Job Duties
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the team
- Provide reception coverage for the front desk
- Receive and log packages
- Serve as the primary representative to residents, guests, employees, and public visitors
- Manage multi-phone lines and operate basic office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports
- Assist with the Gift Shop activities
