Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Receive inquiries and release information according to established policies and procedures
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
- Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents
