Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage email correspondence and maintain the reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
