Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain the reception area
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
