Job Requirements

Prior receptionist or call center experience is an asset
Familiarity with phone systems
Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred

Job Duties

Answer high volume of incoming calls by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Ask clarifying questions to route the caller to the appropriate department or team member
Inform customers by answering or referring inquiries
Reply to and track web leads and communications
Complete various assigned clerical tasks in-between calls
Learn and manage the telecommunications system
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
